First of all, I nearly had to google my own blog because I forgot the web address. I'm a little sleep deprived. And distracted. Let me just clear up some silly misunderstanding. I was under the
He likes to wash his hands....in the dog's water, in the toilet, in my glass of water.
This is especially true right after he colors all over himself with markers.
He sprinkled powdered sugar all over the living room, dining room and some in the kitchen.
Quickly followed by trying to clean it up with the diaper sprayer (attached to our toilet).
He likes to disassemble things, especially his sister's toys.
I've had to make him say sorry for coloring on Ava more than once now.
His favorite things are: his soffie (blanket) and his step stool.
I have now saved all of my children from climbing over the gate at the TOP of our stairs.
He is our only one to attempt (and nearly succeed) in climbing out of his crib.
He loves baths. Even in his clothes.
He doesn't like for us to be bored or lonely.
He is way too busy to carry on a full conversation. So much easier to just show us.
He knows he is cute. way. too. cute.
He knows how to make coffee.
He likes to empty the dishwasher but he hates waiting for the dishes to be clean.
He's actually really good at knowing where the dishes go and can put a lot of them away by himself.
He loves to bake.
He loves to tease, torment and play.
He does not like crowds.
He is all boy. :)
I LOVE this age! I love the business, the curiosity, the growing understanding of the world around him. I love that he is so tiny. He really is his own, even when he reminds us so much of his big brother, he puts a little Liam twist on things. I am so thankful for this little boy that RUNS around the house chasing his sister with a pull behind alligator. I am even thankful for the ear piercing squeals of delight. I try really hard not to let myself picture what it would have been like if Thao were still here. It's just too hard. But sometimes, I let myself. I imagine Thao would be teaching Liam how to perfectly and accurately dunk chocolate chip cookies in milk. Fresh out of the oven, of course. :) Oh how I long for the day...
